The Henrico County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated in partnership with Delta Research and Education Foundation (DREF) enthusiastically present to you, “A Winter Wonderland Gala”! Your generous contributions will allow the Henrico County Alumnae Chapter to continue to implement service projects, youth initiatives programs, and provide scholarships for deserving high school graduates matriculating to college.
