Directions for Reserved Banquet Seating:

Select Tickets > Select Choose Seats > Select from the drop down Choose Section (Left or Right) > Select a number of seats at a table > Select Done > Select Next: Review Cart > Select Check Out. Please note, there is no charge and you need to enter your contact information to complete your reservation.

The reservation will be displayed on the seating chart under one person or company name. Individual names per seat do not need to be provided. Seat numbers will not be assigned, this just reserves a quantity of seats at the table. Each table has 8 seats. Please ensure everyone from your party is registered for convention and the banquet that plans to attend - this includes spouses, and only reserve the number of seats you need. There is no need to print or bring confirmation for seating reservations to the event. We will do our best to make sure everyone's reservation is fulfilled, however, table assignments are subject to change and you will be notified in advance.
