The Whitefish Songwriter Festival is proud to introduce The Encore Circle, a new annual membership program created for those who want to experience more of the festival while helping support its future.

The Encore Circle brings together a limited community of music lovers and festival supporters who believe in the power of the song, the artists who write them, and the importance of keeping live, original music thriving in Whitefish.

Membership provides special access, priority opportunities, and unique experiences throughout the year — while helping the Whitefish Songwriter Festival continue to bring extraordinary songwriting talent to Montana and expand our music education and community programming.

Annual Membership | $500

Membership in The Encore Circle is limited to just 100 members annually.

Once all 100 memberships are filled, a waiting list will be established. Current members will receive the first opportunity to renew each year before available memberships are offered to the waiting list.

Members receive a 20% discount on their first two VIP passes purchased each year.

Early Access to Festival Lodging

Make your festival plans early with priority access to participating festival lodging opportunities before they are released to the general public.

Guaranteed Access to the June Preview Show

Encore Circle members receive two to four guaranteed passes to our annual June Preview Show, based on venue capacity and availability each year.

It’s an intimate first taste of what’s ahead — original songs, the stories behind them, and an early celebration of the festival season.

Signed Festival Poster

Take home a piece of the festival. Each Encore Circle member receives a commemorative festival poster signed by participating songwriters.

Encore Circle Recognition

We are proud to recognize the people who help make our work possible. Members will receive Encore Circle recognition on the Whitefish Songwriter Festival website and in select festival materials.

Priority Renewal

Once you're in, you'll have the first opportunity to stay in. Current Encore Circle members receive priority renewal each year before memberships are offered to those on the waiting list.

HOST YOUR OWN PRIVATE SONGWRITER HOUSE CONCERT

Encore Circle members will also have the exclusive opportunity to work with the Whitefish Songwriter Festival to create an unforgettable private songwriter house concert.

Imagine gathering friends in your home, backyard, or another special setting and hearing incredible songwriters perform the songs they wrote — along with the stories behind them — just for you and your guests.

Private house concert experiences are available for an additional investment beginning at approximately $5,000, with pricing generally ranging from $5,000 to $10,000+ depending on the artist or artists, number of performers, and scope of the experience.

The Whitefish Songwriter Festival can help coordinate:

• Songwriter and artist booking
• Professional sound
• Event coordination
• Photography and video coverage
• Lighting when needed for outdoor performances

A limited number of private house concerts may be available immediately before the annual September festival, or members can work with us to explore hosting a songwriter experience at another time during the year.
