Anderson’s Euphoria is a popular summer steelhead fly for low, clear water. It’s particularly effective in Southern Oregon and Northern California rivers such as the Rogue and Klamath. 

The kit includes the hooks and materials for 3 flies, as well as a link with step-by-step video instructions. You will need your own vise, tools, and thread. Kits are $20 - which includes shipping anywhere in the United States.
