What's more relaxing than yoga? Yoga with CATS! Join us at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lombard for yoga surrounded by adoptable cats.

Vanessa Roddam, a Priest, Yoga Instructor, and co-founder of One River Zen in Ottawa, IL will be leading us in a guided meditation. She has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2007. She received her 200-hour Hatha Yoga teaching certification Spring of 2023 in Barcelona. Vanessa is also a former foster for St. Sophia’s, and a cat mom to Bella Boo, a St. Sophia’s alumna.

-- Please bring your own Yoga Mat and Water Bottle
-- Limited Capacity, so purchase your ticket early

Arrive at 11:00am to hang out with the adoptable kitties and get settled in.
The all levels yoga class will begin promptly at 11:30am.
Refreshments and adoption time available before and after yoga.
