STSFF 2023 - Pasta La Vista Vegan Cooking Class

Are you a vegan looking for new recipes, or an aspiring or curious cook who wants to add some vegan food to your skill set?  Join St. Sophia's Forgotten Felines at The Kitchen Table in Wheaton for a fun interactive vegan cooking class.  We'll be making pasta (without eggs!) and a red sauce and finishing off the meal with a delightful vegan apple crisp.  Fruit, vegan cheese, and veggie charcuterie boards for refreshments, and a fun wine pull and silent auction will round out the excitement for the evening.
