Join us Friday August 31, 2018 as we welcome one of our favorite blues musicians back to Nelson's Candies/ Local's Cafe, Willie J. Laws!
Willie J. Laws - The Last Prophet of the Funky Texas Blues Often referred to as the "Real Deal", this born and raised Texas guitar-slinger, songwriter and vocalist creates a sound "which will grab you from the inside out". Willie makes music that is a soulful mixture of South Texas Blues/Funk, classic R&B, Country, Tex-Mex, Zydeco and Rock & Roll. " Think Robert Cray meets BB King, visiting Jimmy Hendrix ".
